Innocent Face Pt 2

Agent Emilia (Kimmy Kim) is tasked with finding Iris, a monster that has escaped containment, hiding behind the appearance of an innocent woman. Tracking Iris’s location to a public hospital, Emilia finds another agent already inside the hospital, confirming that Iris in the building. To make matters worse, Emilia learns that a nurse named Vera (Blake Blossom), who was in charge of Iris’s care, is now currently missing.Infiltrating each room, Agent Emilia scours the building.

She bursts into one of the patient rooms and makes a terrifying discovery; a human-sized cocoon. Emilia draws her weapon and orders the monstrous Iris to reveal herself. The cocoon opens and a monster emerges.Emilia freezes in shock at the mutated humanoid. It’s Nurse Vera. Iris has transformed her kind-hearted nurse into a savage monster. Emilia tries to reason with Vera’s human nature but there’s nothing left.

She pounces at Emilia, incapacitating the agent with her toxic slime. Spawning a slimy parasite, Vera commands the creature to invade Emilia’s body, transforming her into a lustrous monster just like herself. Iris’s influence begins to spread.
